Jharkhand State Building Construction Corporation Limited (JSBCCL) is a newly formed state owned undertaking of Jharkhand Government. The corporation is engaged in buildings construction projects of various departments of Government of Jharkhand. JSBCCL is currently implementing the construction of around 800 schemes in all 24 districts of Jharkhand. 

Currently JSBCCL implements schemes of following departments:-

• Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department
• Agriculture, Animal Husbandry & Co-Operative Department
• Higher Technical Education & Skill Development Department
• Information Technology & E- Governance Department
• Labour Employment & Training Department

• Social Welfare, Women & Child Development Department
• Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs Department
• Welfare Department
• Others

The most remarkable achievement of JSBCCL is completion of 315 schemes since its inception on 5th January, 2016. The details of the completed schemes are as follows:-
